This bracket replaces the factory rear axle track bar mount, which is notorious for ripping off the axle even in stock form. If a relocation bracket is added, which is typical of many suspension kits that don’t use adjustable track bars, the additional leverage virtually guarantees that the factory bracket will fail. This is another great reason to use Rusty’s suspension kits with adjustable track bars. The Rusty’s replacement bracket is significantly improved over the factory design and is constructed of 1/4″ thick steel and then CNC formed for an exact fit. Welding is required for installation.
